RCSS is composed of a professional network of experienced, skilled clinicians, which includes in training counselors who have completed their education and are working to gain hours for full licensure under direct supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
RCSS team provides services as Coaches, Mentors, Clinicians, and Trainers ​​committed to supporting the holistic needs of youth, adults, and families through a strength-based approach.
RCSS providers are effective communicators, liaisons, and advocates held to high accountability and ethical standards.

Mary Ann Ursich

My name is Mary Ann Ursich. I am a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have more than 15 years of experience developing, managing, and facilitating addiction treatment services, mediation, and counseling services. I also have specialized training certificates in Family Mediation, Dispute Resolution, Restorative Justice Facilitation, Sand and Art Play Therapy, and Prepare/Enrich Facilitation.

My foundational philosophy of Psychology as a profession includes a focus for myself as a mental health professional to apply knowledge as a Clinical Provider, researcher, and educator. Each provides various opportunities for a better understanding of human characteristics and health. My professional practices are based on Developmental Psychology, integrating research into further understanding development in a diverse culture.

Before changing careers, Leona worked for 30 years at IBM in Arizona and Colorado. Helping people to improve their lives, focusing on strengths while traveling through pain and transitions of life is what she has been growing into through a lifetime of experience. She uses an approach that focuses on the client, their strengths, and resources. The whole person – mind, body, spirit and heart – is addressed, and through the journey, change and growth are initiated using various therapeutic models such as solution-focused, psychodynamic, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and rational emotive behavior with the goal of a realized transformation.
