At RCSS, our team is dedicated to strengthening the mental health community by providing ethical care, high-quality supervision, and meaningful support to both clients and candidate-level therapists. We believe in empowering clinicians as they grow into confident, fully licensed professionals serving Colorado and Florida.

RCSS is composed of a professional network of experienced, skilled clinicians, which includes in training counselors who have completed their education and are working to gain hours for full licensure under the direct supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.

The RCSS team provides services as Coaches, Mentors, Clinicians, and Trainers, committed to supporting the holistic needs of youth, adults, and families through a strength-based approach.
RCSS providers are effective communicators, liaisons, and advocates held to high accountability and ethical standards.

Mary Ann Forreider (Previously known as Mary Ann Ursich), MA, LAC, NCAC II, SAP, LMFT, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, ACS

AAMFT-Approved Supervisor & Founder of RCSS

Mary Ann Forreider brings extensive experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an AAMFT-Approved Clinical Supervisor. She specializes in supporting licensure candidates through the supervision and training needed to transition into independent private practice.

Her work focuses on helping new clinicians develop strong case conceptualization skills, ethical caseload management, and confidence in their professional identity. Mary Forreider leads the Bridge to Success model at RCSS, ensuring therapists-in-training receive guidance, structure, and community support as they prepare for full licensure.

Leona Hudson, MA, LMFT

Leona has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (M.S.), is a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), and a nationally certified counselor (NCE).

Leona is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides compassionate, client-centered care with a strengths-based perspective. She supports individuals, couples, and families through telehealth therapy across Colorado and Florida.

In addition to client care, Leona collaborates with the RCSS training program by offering clinical insight, modeling ethical practice standards, and contributing to a supportive learning environment for candidate-level independent contractors.
