At RCSS, coaching is offered exclusively to independent contractors who are working toward licensure. This professional coaching supports candidate-level therapists in developing the skills needed to maintain their own private practice upon full licensure.

Coaching works alongside clinical supervision to help candidates apply skills confidently.
Ethical caseload management
Following the RCSS standard of no more than 6 clients per day and 30 clients per week.
Business readiness for post-licensure private practice
Preparing clinicians to transition into fully licensed providers.
