Refresh Counseling and Support Services
Refresh Counseling and Support Services (RCSS) is a mission-driven mental health organization committed to supporting both the community and the next generation of mental health professionals. We provide counseling services to youth, adults, and families, while also offering structured supervision and training to candidate-level independent contractors working toward full licensure.
Our Bridge to Success model integrates clinical supervision, administrative support, ethical caseload standards, and private-practice readiness. This approach allows developing clinicians to gain experience in a supportive, low-burnout environment, while clients receive high-quality, strengths-based therapeutic care.
RCSS is dedicated to professional integrity, community impact, and empowering clinicians to grow into confident, fully licensed mental health providers serving Colorado and Florida.
